Mô tả công việc :

- Build good network for recruitment, develop Talent Mapping and build sources in order to enrich the PVA recruitment database to support recruitment.
- Be accountable for sourcing strategic and recruiting management & critical roles
- Assisting CHRO, Head of COE and HRBPs in recruiting senior positions by searching CVs, working with Headhunters, approaching and interviewing candidates to recommend shortlist (Mancom level and above)
- Facilitate reference check process for all new hires in line with company’s rule and regional guidelines without issues found
- Support in selection and communication process of Management Trainee Program,
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in the execution of resourcing activities within Prudential Vietnam Assurance
- Provide input and support the execution of Resourcing policies and process,
- Be in charge of payment process for recruitment activities and fulfilling recruitment report
- Assist all events, executions and any other requests that is required by HR team on an ad hoc basic.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Graduate in HR or Business Administration or related field with at least 3-5 years working experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and other HR field.
- Good at teamwork and communication skills
- Good people sense in area of hiring
- Good logical thinking
- Ability to work with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Good sense of human & interpersonal skill
