Mô tả công việc :

- System implementation, Software installations, Hardware (POS terminal, NAC, NCC, HSM...) configuration, commissioning.
- Hardware testing, troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, writing of specifications, also user training and support.
- Co-coordinating and managing one or more simultaneous projects within assigned scope, schedule together with the Sales, Software team and providing project reports.
- Providing Pre and Post-sales marketing support, including demonstrations, presentations.
- Overseas traveling will be required from time to time for training and other needs.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Technical skills:
+ University Degree in IT with 2 years relevant experience.
+ Being capable of reading and understanding hardware interface specs and able to create software that interfaces with the hardware.
+ Ability to gain an understanding of software architecture then analyze & resolve issues.
+ Knowledge of software programming or testing.
+ Knowledge of circuit diagrams is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
+ Basic English communication.
+ Strongly developed oral and written communication skill with strong customer service ability.
+ Good analytical skill.
+ Possessing a high degree of initiative and independent judgment, and well-developed analytical and problem solving skill.
+ Good team-work spirit.
+ Professional ability in demo, introduction, meeting and discussion.
+ Experience in small team management is a plus.
