Mô tả công việc :

• Training to cover in the main technical skills and soft selling skills where applicable.
• Manage and co-ordinate the training center and set up an ongoing and structures training calendar plan for other associates to follow.
• Develop the knowledge of internal staff by providing updates on applications and product changes.
• Be the main advocate of the team’s learning through annual TT seminar.
• Learning campus and hands-on assessment with new tools.
• Translation and preparation of all training materials
• Be the main coordinator and organizer of sub-dealer and user seminars with structured planning and effective cost management working with the User developer team.
• Give support to fairs, exhibitions and other keys events.
• Coordinate activities with Trade Services as well as establish an effective co-operation within sales organization.
• Support Service Team with Service Centre support and technical knowledge
• Feedback market knowledge and findings to BM’s and sales team for further efficiencies.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor Degree in technical is preferred
• At least 4 year experience in service oriented and sales environment, especially technical services.
• Experience in training small and large groups
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Good English skills both in oral and written
• Result orientation
• Good team work spirit
• Able to work under pressure
• Teamwork spirit
• Fluency in English
