Mô tả công việc :

• Analysis and approval of credit requests/applications
• Monitoring of aged accounts receivable
• Collection of paying accounts
• Maintenance of collection activity history (notes, follow-ups, etc.)
• Issuance of collection letters, customer statements
• Management reporting specific to collections
• Audit support for Credit & Collections

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or Customer Service role
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Proficient in English
• Good organization and attention to detail skills
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Gmail and function specific software such as Oracle, ERP, SAP
