Mô tả công việc :

- Managing end-to-end import logistics: price negotiation with shipping lines, shipment pick-up from international origin, liaise with Clearing Agent for import process, clearing of shipments in Vietnam, and delivery to company warehouse or customer site
- Documentation: Advise suppliers and clearing agents on documentation and prepare / verify for correctness – BL, CO, CI, PL, SC, Delivery Reports, and others
- Import duty and Inspection: Verify import duties as per HS codes, raise payment requests internally for prompt clearing of shipments, get goods inspected at company or customer warehouse
- VAT on imports: For specific machine types, work with Department of Agriculture and Customs Department to prove authenticity of machines for VAT exemption
- Inland transportation: For Key Account Customers and sales support, as and when required

- Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with customers, team members, and partners
- Prompt and clear communication

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education and Work Experience
- Graduate / Degree in Trade and / or Commerce
- 2+ years of relevant experience in managing import logistics
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
