Mô tả công việc :

*** Work Place: ĐT 747B Street, Khanh Binh Commune, Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province, Viet Nam.
*** Job Description:
- Support Packing Manager follow, control packing technical on floor.
- Co-operation, share information with QC Leader, QC inline to check/ support quanlity of product before packing.
- Organize, arrange and control goods on floor day by day.
- Promptly Report General Director problems arising in the painting - packing process.
- Have corrective actions/ measures to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
- Keep working environment safe, clean, neat and tidy.
- Ask employees to work overtime (if need be).
- Propose, decide on the use, improvement and maintenance of machinery and equipment to achieve safety, quality, high productivity and cost reduction.
- Propose transfer, promotion, demotion, discipline, training, recruitment suitable/ reasonable personnel.
- Other assignments as may be directed from time to time by Packing Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- At least 5 years experience of supervising/ managing a furniture packaging department (preferably a foreign owned company).
- Gender: Male.
- English: Writing and speaking.
- Careful, honest, active.
- Good at excel.
- Work under high pressure.
