Mô tả công việc :

- Work with marketing and design teams to produce planograms for all stores with seasonal and new launch updates
- Produce and implement merchandising guidelines document
- Periodical reviews of the brand presence in all stores with feedback on improvements to be made
- Produce and implement a calendar of merchandising activity in line with overall marketing plans to support new product launches with products displays in key stores where appropriate
- Manage the design, production and implementation of signage in store to include seasonal and new launch updates
- Conduct competitor analysis and report periodically on market developments and consumer trends
- Work with brand manager on the design, production and implementation of all promotional site activity for Viet Nam retailers.
- Liaise with external agencies to brief in and manage the design and production of tester display units
- Assist Brand Manager with counter launches for new retail partnerships as require
- Assist Brand Manager with merchandising and design for animations, events and special projects as required
- Review product selection and imagery for online retailers, sending updates where necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Visual merchandising experience within beauty is an essential requirement
- Merchandising experience within colour cosmetics desirable
- Numerate with analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Charismatic relationship builder
- Excellent presentation skills
- Flexible attitude as the demands of the role may require work outside of normal office hours
