Mô tả công việc :

1, Warehouse management:
- Monitor LSP in warehouse operation (outbound, inbound, inventory…)
- Follow inbound shipment and GR KPI, product‘s damage, missing delivery to customer and solving claim from customer for delivery.
- Daily checking the I/F (EDI), inventory to make sure there are no stock discrepancy between CELLO and GERP.
- Keep the good relationship with customers to get the best co-operation.
- Making daily report such as IOD & POD pending status, daily operation report, issue report…
- Monitor and manage warehouse KPI.
- Supporting & solving system issue, such as CELLO error, adding new master data, GI cancel as customer request, I/F error…
2, Transportation management.
- Monitor LSP in Transport operation.
- Monitor STO from customers
- Supporting & solving system error on TMS or WMS…
- Supporting vender team in transport issues.
- Monitor and manage transport such as OTD’s KPI.
- Monitoring IOD & POD pending report, push vender complete same day base on RDD require.
3, Inbound shipment plan management.
- Monitoring all inbound shipment follow ATA + lead time delivery.
- Sent inbound daily plan to vender team to arrange manpower, pallets for unloading and make sure all shipment GR on time.
- Follow inbound shipment coming to WH on time in daily and co-ordinate with vender team execute in bound process.
4, Other.
- Solving all issue from vender team and customer also.
- Follow product return from customer (Technical return, logistics return, commercial return…) base on lead time
- Support Customer SOD team block quantity in cello system and sent EID to GERP for those Item block

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirement:
- University graduated, preferred in economics / commercial / foreign trade;
- Background in import-export, Warehouse, logistics or freight-forwarding;
- 8 ~ 9 years in years of experience of relevant;
- Good communication skills both in Vietnamese & ENGLISH.;
- Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system;
- Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task;
