Mô tả công việc :

1. Carry out tasks based on department’s assignments. Prepare & Improve marketing communication including:
- Marketing brochure
- Advertisement
- Billboards
- Photos
- Website creation & Update
2. Take charge of all PR activities of the company with the aim to enhance the company’s images.
3. Other activities requested by the company time to time (preparation of speeches for BOD etc.)
4. Organize events/seminars on investment attraction in VN and others countries
5. Propose marketing campaign and activities for joining seminars, advertisements
6. Perform other duties assigned by the Management time by time
AUTHORITY
- Decide and propose specific maquettes, photos, billboards for advertisement, brochures
- Decide information to upload on Website.
- Decide information to be given to customers, authorities, media … and get approval from the Marketing Manager or the company
- Seek contractors/location to organize events/seminars
- Work with agencies for proposal

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Qualification / Education / training:
- University graduation major in communication/press/media
- At least 3-4 years experience in marcom or Advertising agencies
- Creativity and innovation
2. Knowledge:
- Understand about macro economy
- Competitors
- Target market and industries
3. Communication:
- Language fluency/clearly
- Pro-active and independent
- Good internal and external exchange.
- Good public communication skills
- Good communication in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking) and Vietnamese
4. Skills:
- Presentation
- Photoshop skill
- Interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and flexibility but accuracy, promptness and timeliness
Work Place: Số 1, Đường Hữu Nghị, Khu Công nghiệp đô thị & DV VSIP Bắc Ninh, Phù Chẩn, Từ Sơn, Bắc Ninh (Located in Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province - about 20km far from Hanoi center)
Note: Company provides transportation to work & back from Hanoi to office
