Mô tả công việc :

- Making contribution to building up quality control procedures to assure course quality.
- Following up teachers’ teaching progress.
- Controling the tasks of teacher-management: teacher’s performance, teacher’s attendance, feedback, policies, ...
- Conducting classroom observation to provide teachers, TAs and students with constructive feedback on their performance afterwards.
- Obtaining feedback from school partners, teachers and students about on-going programs.
- Solving arising issues (if any).
- Other related tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor degree in English, preferred in pedagogy.
- Experienced in teaching English and working with foreigners.
- Fluently in English
- Good at communication skill and solving problem skill
- Patient, enthusiastic; able to work independently and in team.
