Mô tả công việc :

Report to : Account Manager
Subordinates: Account Executive
Other key relationships: Clients, Suppliers, Management team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and expand the customer base directly.
- Take care customers and maintain relationships.
- Connect ideas and implementing customer projects that have been agreed.
- Implementation: timing plans, production budget, resource, requests form client…
- Digital project management and connecting parts to comply with procedures.
- The integrity and time management, schedule updates, internal review.
- Understanding of client operations, brands, brands, markets and competitors.
- Creation and presentation of ideas, persuade customers.
- Responsible for all activities of the department.

Yêu cầu công việc :

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, English, PR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Agency
SKILLS:
- Good written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
- Good English in verbal and written communication
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
- Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
