Operations planning, including budgeting and cash flow projections
Create a yearly marketing tactical action plans based on the company’s overall strategy, including a marketing calendar
Support operational activities related to the company’s strategy, such as branch expansion, curriculum development, and other related work
Be instrumental in creating the company’s operations manual. Contribute to improving the company’s systems and procedures
Ensure that operations and marketing meet key performance indicators set by the company
Manage day-to-day operations, especially in:
1. Monitoring attendance of teachers and students
2. Ensuring maintenance of all facilities, equipment and materials
3. Branch monitoring
4. Recommending ordering supplies
5. Monitoring expenses and revenues
6. Creating and maintaining effective record-keeping
7. Personnel handling including payroll and enforcing school policies on employees and faculty
8. Regular update of school’s Facebook and web pages
9. Regular operations reportin

Yêu cầu công việc :

Minimum requirements:
Vietnamese, male or female, can communicate fairly well in English.
At least two years of experience in administration and/or marketing at a managerial position, most especially in the education industry (those in a supervisory position are also welcome, but must show potential to become a manager). Able to handle staff well.
Willing to travel and work within branches in Ho Chi Minh City on a regular basis
Willing to work on weekends and evenings. Required hours of work: from 1PM-9:30PM. Off day on a weekday. May, very occasionally, be required to work overtime in the morning.
Have a positive attitude, youthful energy, always eager to learn and comfortable working with foreigners.
Knowing how to speak Korean is a big advantage.
Compensation will be based on the applicant’s competency and experience
