Mô tả công việc :

- Operating incoming phone calls and transfer to concerned person
- Handle all incoming and out-going mails, couriers
- Maintains records of visitors and manage access cards, direct visitors to correct person
- Ensure office safety & security (office door access system, electricity system, keys, liaising with landlord).
- Control and order stationery, restaurant and office supplies, purchase restaurant and office equipment, machines maintenance
- Prepare fully facilities for newcomers
- File documents accurately. Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation…
- Organize catering for meeting
- Assist in keeping the company reception area clean and tidy, at all times
- Assist in traveling (arrange hotel accommodation, air & ferry ticket.…),
- Assist HR in recruitment and selection process from job advertisement, screening CVs, interviewing.
- Assist HR in declaring and registering Social Insurance, Health and Unemployment Insurance.
- Carry out other tasks as CM’s request
- Support team and head managers if required.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Over 2-year experience in office administration is preferred
- Able to speak and write in English
- Able to work in the team
Benefits:
• Gross salary up to 400USD
• Social Insurance, medical insurance under Vietnams law
• Bonus 350% each year, depends on conpanys situation
• 12 days annual leave.
