Work Place: 3rd Floor, NTA Tower, 171-173 Dien Bien Phu, Dakao, District 1, HCMC
Primary Function:
Responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns/plans/activities, projects and initiatives for all brands and categories of RGFC Vietnam, to ensure consistent brand relevance to consumers, support brand promise, and ensure alignment with short and long-term marketing strategies.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensures alignment with corporate brands’ promise, brand vision, brand position, brand architecture, and achieves overall business plans for the brand in Vietnam.
2. Develops campaigns/ activities based on the total business plan on a given brand / product category.
3. Coordinates with retailer partners and communication agencies in communicating core brand and brand promise.
4. Participates in establishing brand/ category strategy, objectives, and vision for all brands.
5. Identifies consumer - target market group and generates consumer insights and trends based on trade visits and observations on psychographic and demographic behavior of target Vietnamese consumers and utilizes information to identify future growth for the category and brand.
6. Drives consumer insights into generated brand experiences by understanding and evaluating total consumer behavior / needs / attitudes and brand values.
7. Plans & develops new products & SKUs that are opportunistic and relevant to the target market working closely with all concerned department/ divisions to ensure best products are launched on time.
8. Develops and timely executes marketing campaigns and activities into functional and doable action plans and ensures timely completion based on scope and timelines.
9. Develops and executes pricing & pack strategies, margin mix, and trade spending budget / plans.
10. Formulates and executes research plans into studies and conducts historical data analysis and observation of on-going and upcoming trends for product innovation and renovation.
11. Analyzes data and translates it into sales forecast, financials, and concept statements for proper execution and consumer testing.

13. Monitors and ensures expected performance and health of the major brands handled based on related measurements such as Key Performance Indicators.
14. Develops distribution goals for channel strategies and aligns with marketing and sales key performance indicators.
15. Closely coordinates with cross-functional teams and departments to execute key elements of packaging designs to ensure consistency with the communication material and brand promise.
16. Performs other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc :
EDUCATION: Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or any related course.
EXPERIENCE
- With at least 3 years of work experience in FMCG or related industry.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
