Mô tả công việc :

Strategize, plan & execute to achieve volume, market share, brand health and profitability of the brand:
- Involve in day to day implementation of brand activities: sponsorship, promotion, media, advertising, packaging development, sales performance analysis, brand performance analysis…etc.
- Monitor, control, implement brand standards & specification.
- Analyzing sales performance and working closely with Sales and Channel Marketing teams to strengthen brand experience and meet customer’s requirements.
- Development of Brand Innovation.
- Monitor brand performance & evaluation.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree in Marketing/ Economics. Master degree is preferable.
- At least 5-year working experience in Brand Marketing in MNC.
- Process orientated with strong track record of equity building, product development and regional expansion of FMCG products.
- Strong media and communication skills
- Creative and love challenges. Analytical thinking.
- Excellent English communication.
