Mô tả công việc :

Business Analyst will be responsible for defining business analysis requirements and working with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth process for the project:
• Understand and analyze the operations of the departments
• Write document describing editing requirements of software
• Contact with outsource company and coder for bug fixes and software updates
• Conduct training the software for new departments, offices and employees in Vietnam
• Support double check and edit data about information, prices of suppliers
• Input as the request of manager
• Support department using software proficiently and efficiently. Check and test software defects
Job activities
• Customer contact: consult with customers about the handling of the journey
• Developing quotes and bookings
• Administration: the development of quotes, checking availibility, making the confirmations and travel documents, book and print tickets, financial settlement of the booking
• All other common activities if here the importance of company is well served

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Knowledge and experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in analytic, informatics, economics/ banking/ finance
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 years-experience
• Experience in Hotel and Tourism/Hospitality are strong advantages
• Experience in Sales, CRM, CSM, SAP systems is preferred
• Experiences in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Good in English (both speaking & writing)
