Time work : 8 hours/day (5 days working per week)
Work location : HCM City
Salary: Negotiate
13th month salary
Performance bonus
Allowances (lunch, phone, travel): As Companys policy
Annual Leave: 22 days per year
** Responsibilities:
Build up business strategies according to Company vision
Establish Business policies: sales policies, promotion policies, sales incentive policies
Organize and implement Business plan to achieve the Company goals
Organize exploitation, expanison of exiting market, build and maintain professional distribution channels
Build up sales team improve performance of Sales team
Implement the sales support operations and customer relationship activities
Research and analyze the volatility and trend of market to propose suitable business orientation
Plan and set up the strategies and potential business partner supplier
Yêu cầu công việc :
BA degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
At least 10 years of hands-on experiences in Sales field and 7 years in management position.
Fluent English
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Leadership skills
Experience managing a high performance sales team
Passion and proactive
Prefer experiences in B2B field
