Mô tả công việc :

 Time work : 8 hours/day (5 days working per week)
 Work location : HCM City
 Salary: Negotiate
 13th month salary
 Performance bonus
 Allowances (lunch, phone, travel): As Companys policy
 Annual Leave: 22 days per year
** Responsibilities:
 Build up business strategies according to Company vision
 Establish Business policies: sales policies, promotion policies, sales incentive policies
 Organize and implement Business plan to achieve the Company goals
 Organize exploitation, expanison of exiting market, build and maintain professional distribution channels
 Build up sales team improve performance of Sales team
 Implement the sales support operations and customer relationship activities
 Research and analyze the volatility and trend of market to propose suitable business orientation
 Plan and set up the strategies and potential business partner supplier

Yêu cầu công việc :

 BA degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
 At least 10 years of hands-on experiences in Sales field and 7 years in management position.
 Fluent English
 Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
 Leadership skills
 Experience managing a high performance sales team
 Passion and proactive
 Prefer experiences in B2B field
