Mô tả công việc :

Candidate is expected to lead various projects across the organization following the project delivery methodology. The project teams are mostly cross-functional between Tech, Ops and Business Development, so strong people skill is a must.
Every project is different and is of paramount important to the success of the marketplace. You will be given opportunities to lead process improvement projects, new product initiatives or country wide promotion programs
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Tech and Business teams to create, plan, and execute projects.
- Drive the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality.
- Organise and participate in team meetings to maintain and represent the interest to stakeholders
- Communicate with stakeholders about expectations, timelines, priorities, and any problems that may arise
- Conduct pre and post-project evaluation to realize values

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of project managing experience
- Strong backlog management and sense of task / story breakdown
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to clearly communicate with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and feedback,
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with appropriate prioritization based on evaluation of opportunity costs, risks, and return of investments
- Strong people management and experience with complex Stakeholder Management
