Mô tả công việc :

1 Maintain, managing the Finance - Accounting system. To train and control all staffs to complete mission on time.
2 Daily checking, controlling, comparing and approving the entered in the accounts’ slips. Control cash payment and transfer.
3 Prepare financial statement and financial analysis report.
4 Make internal report as the Director board’s requirement, Set up Budget and Control according to each kind of expenses.
5 Controlling staffs for prepare Tax declaration report per month, balance Tax ending year and PIT, CIT, contact with Tax office.
6 Preparation of the annual budget, assisting and contributing to the Company’s Business Plan
7 Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and contact important problems with auditors.
8 Organizing to analyze effective business and financial result, giving suitable and necessary ways to save cost and raise the effective in business.
9 On behalf of company to make and maintain the relationship between related local government agencies (tax, bank, audit,…).
10 Check document & work with Inspection Tax.
11 Control costing calculation
12 Check and control cashflow daily, monthly, yearly
13 Other tasks as BOD required

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University Degree in Accounting
- At least 3-5 years of General Accountant
- Age: from 27 – 35 years old
- Chief Accountant Certificate
- Proficiency in computer skills and accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.
- Good commands of English
- Experience in foreign company is Advantage
