Our client is a well-known 100% Japanese invested company. Due to the quick expansion of its business, the Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Credit/ Collection Manager for its operation. The recruited person will be in charge of, but not limit to, the followings:
- Control all activities of Collection team
- Control the accounts, urge the violating customer to fulfill the payment obligation
- Field investigations
- Make sure to reduce the delinquency from customers
- Handling bad debts efficiently and timely
- Direct control and management of financial crime detection, monitoring / follow-up of the investigations
- Investigate suspicious transactions identified by other collection staff within the company
- Ensure that all credit, operational and other internal policies are updated and properly applied
- To build up / improve the collection process to ensure its efficiency; analyze performance and look for continuous improvement
- Review collections report
- Working with other departments

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelors Degree
- More than 05 years experience in debt collection
- In-depth knowledge of law and risk management
- Good working acumen
- Dynamic personality
- Fluent English.
