Mô tả công việc :

Construction Deputy Manager is responsible for running all or part of a construction site. This area of work is also known as site or building management. Investigate and propose for cost down and reasonable schedule and good quality.:
- To control and investigate construction schedule
- To check and review the design
- To propose reasonable and localize specification and material
- To communicate and discuss internal related department to finalize design on schedule
- To analyze the cost which come from contractor and propose to on the board
- To discuss with related local authority
- To discuss with related company – Tenant
- To control of renovation work by tenant as necessary
- To control Contract management
- To control Tender calling for contractor
- To control Interior Design
- To join and assist for site meeting as necessary
- To assist to Manager or General Manager who work for development stage
- To arrange and join site meeting as necessary

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Construction
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- 5-7 years’ experience in supervising building
- Construction Management or Project Management skill
- Well known to Tender calling and Contract
- Experience in retail filed is in advance
- Experience in Design management and Design’s authority supervising
- Good command in English
- Architecture/Construction engineer background
- Good survey & analytical skills
- Able to travel outstation (including foreign countries) (essential)
