Mô tả công việc :

- Support to handle all documents and paperwork requests

- Manage all related incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Prepare and keep track all proposals of the department.

- Follow up and resolve all related administrative problems and inquiries of the department.

- In charge of payroll, time sheets and other functions.

- In charge of department’s activities, fund as well as prepare , book meeting room and other logistic related.

- Order and keep track stationery of the department.

- Undertake other tasks assigned by CS Support Unit Head

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Background

- University Graduate, major: Finance, Banking, Business Administrative or relating areas with 2 years of experience.

- At least  1 year of administrative tasks.

* Skills

- Good communication skills, written and verbal.

- Ability to do planning, organizing, information gathering and attention to details and accuracy.

- Can work under high pressure environment.

- Teamwork

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
