Mô tả công việc :

- Communications with customers and Providers.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints to assist and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy products and services.
- Cooperate and negotiate with Providers to bring amicable solutions and satisfaction to customers
- Ensure pending cases are processed within required timeframe following company’s procedure
- Process booking according to customers request via Internal/external system
- Other duties assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Minimum 01-year experience in travel industry and customer support
- Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Responsible, pro-active and attention to details
- Be a good team player.
