Mô tả công việc :

- Handle import shipments to Vietnam both sea and air.
- Upload cargo manifest to customs system, release related import documents and ensure smooth cargo delivery.
- Collaborate with customs broker and customers to follow up and arrange customs clearance and trucking.
- C - Follow and update new regulation information of procedures for customs declaration, import and export process.
- Cooperating with related departments for smoothly operation.
- Independently generate new sales revenue.
- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- Maintain and update accurate information in the companys operating systems / customized reporting system.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Salary: Negotiation
- Experience: at least 3 year work experience in international freight forwarding company
- Is flexible and capable to work in a team work.
- Is able to communicate based on a solid English.
- Has basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Has a long time working orientation.
- Has basic freight forwarding knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and planning
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Information management
