Communicating
The Customer Support Executive represents Wecheer.io as a gatekeeper of the company: directly in contact with clients, whether on the field, on the phone or chat, always ready to help our users to use our product smoothly. You’ll be the voice of the brand therefore truly understanding the company, product and communicating this to the clients effectively. Its also very important to be in good contact with the rest of the team and be always up to date with development of our product.
Technical thinking
You should be a person, who feels comfortable with using technology and can explain it very easily to other people as well. Be independently capable of understanding root causes of clients issues, solve them yourself or escalate to technical team.
Innovating
Give input for our product development to make it better and more user friendly. Be curious about how things work. Be always ready to share your ideas, how to make things better.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Good interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English)
• Positive “can-do” attitude & team player & always ask when you don’t know
• Independent problem solver (find solutions even if lack of experience / knowledge)
• Self-driven and proactive
• Love beer, food is a plus
