Mô tả công việc :

- To lead and supervise design activities in Hanoi office including design quality and schedule.
- To deal with Client or to support Japanese architects from Head Office to do so in regarding to design of projects including presentation, communication with and response to Client’s comment etc.
- To coordinate design work between Japanese and Vietnamese architects
- Working location: Hanoi Head-office

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Must have BA or MA on architecture. PhD can be advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, (Revit can be advantage)
- Master of Japanese language (speaking and listening skills).
Certificate of 1st Kyu is preferable. English is a plus
- At least 10 year experienced in design.
Experience in management and actual construction work is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Be hard working and have a positive, cheerful and helpful personality.
- Sex: Male/Female
