We seek an experienced and qualified Director of Finance and Business Support who is fluent in both Vietnamese and English languages and well versed in Vietnam taxation laws and knowledge of the banking industry.
This senior executive position provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budgets and Company goal programs including accounting practices and procedures as required by IHG policy.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA highly preferred.
Experience:
4 years in hotel accounting or audit with at least on year as Director of Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Required Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Excellent communicative and writing skills
• Ability to lead and drive results
