HighEnd Architecture is looking to recruit an Expat Architecture Design Director to join its company based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Responsibilities
• Leading the design team to develop design solutions.
• Assume responsibility for and assist in the development of design concepts.
• Experience of leading multimillion $ projects
• Prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.
• Plan project and subordinate designer work flows.
• Manage resourcing requirements and planning for studio projects.
• Clarify scope of work and prepare schedule for review.
• Manage cost control for corporate office consulting projects. Assume overall responsibility for profit and loss of the company.
• Assist in marketing, business development and general representation of the company.
• Liaise with Managing Director with regards to management and performance of the company

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Architecture or relevant related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years’ post graduate experience in Architecture
• Ability to work creatively within a team environment
• A proven track record in design on large scale projects synonymous with the Asia Pacific Region
• Previous experience working within Viet Nam/ Asia / internationally is highly desirable
• Good in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
