Mô tả công việc :

- Set up the organization structure and procedures for smooth operating of factory;
- Set up the job descriptions and requirements for all positions
- Manage and supervise all activities of factory to meet the standards and requirements
- Apply the management methods such as ISO, 5S, IATF; total 6 sigma, etc. to manage the factory;
- Guarant continuously operating of the factory as request;
- Manage all planning, warehouse, logistics activities, etc to ensure production and delivery;
- Guarant cost saving in all activities as target
- Ensure continuous innovation in operation of factory
- Execute environment protection; maintain and ensure following strictly safety and health requirement
- Manage and train for all employees to ensure that the activities of the factory run smoothly
- Support and solve the complains of the customers, clients and agencies;
- Coordinate with other departments for the related jobs and make good relationships between departments
- Make reports and execute other tasks as requested by upper leader

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Male, 35-45 years old
- Graduated from University and above, major in technical fields
- Over 10 years in factory management for all sites of production, quality, warehouse, logistics, purchasing and at least 2 years in similar position in foreign rubber manufacturing company
- Good at caculation, analysis, plan, making reports, technical dawing knowledge, factory/production software/system.
- Fluent in English skills and technical english.
- Good at leadership skill, communication skill, decision-making skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skills
- Good at creating good relationship with internal and external partners, customers
- Willingness to work for long term
