PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position are included but not limited to the following:
- Handles full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role including General Ledger (GL) for VAS and IFRS; Accounts Payable (AP); Accounts Receivable (AR); forecasting; budgeting, etc. ensuring that they all comply with the current accounting regulations and effective financial controls
- Assists COO with all finance and accounting issues
- Responsible for managing and controlling all finance-related operations of the company including: management of the day-to-day transactions of accounting and procurement teams, preparing cash flow reports, conducting financial analysis and preparing periodic financial reports of the Company;
- Works as Chief Accountant and be responsible for working with the Independent Auditors, Vietnamese Tax Governance Authority representatives and Statistics Department officials for tax and financial issues/statutory reports in compliance with the Vietnamese regulations
- Ensure tax, legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the Company;
- Accountant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business;
- Provide leadership and coaching to lead, develop and strengthen the internal control of the Company.

Yêu cầu công việc :

REQUIREMENTS
- Ages 32 - 42, Male preference.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting function, with around more than 3 years at Chief Accountant and working experience in similar role in a foreign-owned companies
- Preferable experiences in retail business industry
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or Auditing or relevant fields
- Certificate of Chief Accountant by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance
- Deep knowledge, practical experience and solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Vietnamese tax regulations
- Practical experience in dealing with tax audit and tax examination
- Possesses good communications skills in English (both written and verbal as advanced business level) and be computer literate
- Good time management and organization skills
