Mô tả công việc :

- Check and deal freight with domestic and oversea agents, forwarders and carriers to get the most competive rates for both import and export shipments;

- Valuate and propose the best shipping plans for all import and export shipments;

- Handle document/customer services issues quickly and effectively. Follow closely to solve any shipment’s claims/issues immediately and aggressively  at both POL and POD;

- Develop company’s logistics network by meeting and signing contract with agents/forwarders/carrier in Vietnam and all over the worlds;

- Make daily and monthly reports and evaluate the implementation results.

* WORKING TIME & LOCATION:

- Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Monday to Saturday morning, lunch time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM;

- Location: Level 13, BIDV tower - 194 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem , Ha Noi;

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with shipping lines, domestic and international shipping agents; 1 years of experience working as a Customer Service/Freight Executive in shipping lines/forwarding agent company..

- Have a deep understanding of logistics and freight forwarding;

- Fluent English: 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing;

- Nationality: Vietnamese only;

- Ability to work under high pressure, willing to travel local and abroad regularly; to work independently in a team, high sense of responsibility.

- Good negotiation skills, creative thinking.

- Good office skills.

- Bachelor degree at least. (Prefer Foreign trade University, University of language, Maritime University)
