Mô tả công việc :

- Develop the vision, strategy and implementation plan for direct sourcing strategy execution, negotiations, contract implementation and monitoring performance against established targets.
- Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, regularly scheduled Business Reviews, performance management and development and improvement of end to end value, and bring innovation to the business.
- Recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and corrective action
- All other Export & import Related Work management
- Give a warning of over stock index

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Korean person who can speak Vietnamese is a plus
- Fluent in Korean
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- 5+ years’ experience in direct and indirect sourcing
- Strong leadership, vison setting, communication, influencing, collaboration and talent development skills
- Strong project and change management capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present complex information
