Mô tả công việc :

- Creating artwork/graphic prints/illustrations for various categories + age groups (boy, girl, man, woman)
- Creating innovative graphic prints that are aligned with overall seasonal design direction. This includes working closely with Design team to develop and execute designs through to final production, tech packs, templating changes or modifications to existing artwork.
- Drive execution of artwork for seasonal graphic developments and ensure deadlines are met, obstacles tackled and solutions provided when challenges arise.
- Create new typographic, print, graphic and layout solutions.
- Adapt all approved layouts to various formats when necessary.
- Prepare inspiration/trend boards using creative methods/research.
- Ability to innovate.
- Strong sense of color and how to combine colors.
- Strong ability to prioritize and shift gears fluidly for self and team as necessary
- Strong understanding of market trends with an ability to easily translate and adapt to brand aesthetic
- Ability to translate Design and Merchandising vision and marry with Graphics
- Strong creative problem solving skills to troubleshoot challenges.
- Ability to anticipate, be proactive and partner to arrive at viable solutions
- Mastering of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a MUST.
- Utilize traditional hand sketching and painting techniques is a PLUS.
- Responsible for ensuring that all artwork is saved in designated file locations on the server with the appropriate document control file naming specifications.
- Ensure that job instructions are aligned to artwork supplied and/or referenced.

Yêu cầu công việc :

* DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of graphic / print design and production for the garment/apparel/fabric industry
- Understanding of the screen printing and film making process experience ideal, other relevant experience or education considered as well.
- Understanding of CMKY printing
- Understanding of sublimation printing
- Prior screen - printing industry experience a plus and knowledge of basic design principles
*Bonus: familiarity of garment/print mapping, pattern making.
*SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute the work according to the brand’s needs.
- Understands the brands design needs and methodology.
- Able to manage multiple projects and demanding timelines and re-prioritize day to day tasks as needed to include rush projects in order to meet deadlines.
- Output proofs as needed for internal checks and as specified on the order for internal
