About the company:
Team Christina’s consists of world travellers, Vietnamese returnees, and local graduates, citizens, and entrepreneurs from all different backgrounds. We believe that in order to best understand and anticipate the needs of our guests, our team needs to reflect the diversity of our guests as much as possible.
What you will do:
To always go above and beyond to cultivate a solid body that resembles a stellar Guest Experience
Flexibility in working hours and duty (Must be available for monitoring and grievance solutions 24/7)
Managing and monitoring day to day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of customers on a daily basis
Participating in the development and implementation of of corrective action plans to always improve guest satisfaction
Traveling and rotating at all properties and cities to perform quality checks and sustain or improve standards

Yêu cầu công việc :

A portfolio in customer relation based projects/employments
Ability to communicate, present ideas and handle feedbacks constructively
A strong skillset of attention to detail
Excellent and confident communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (Advanced to Native Level)
High sense of emotional intelligence
