Mô tả công việc :
1. Recruitment (search potential candidates, arrange interview, prepare interview tests, prepare job offer letter...)
2. Prepare induction to welcome new employees.
3. Manage and update employees’ profiles (hard-copy & soft-copy).
4. Record daily and monthly working timesheet.
5. Calculate salary, incentive, bonus... & prepare related reports
6. Monthly personal income tax declaration
7. Prepare salary increased relevant papers.
8. Prepare & manage labor contracts.
9. Prepare and submit Social Insurance documents.
10. Handle admin works for training.
11. Handle expats’ related jobs (work permit/visa/resident card…)
12. Support HR Manager to make HR policies/regulations.
13. Handle interpretation & translation (if necessary).
14. Hold & supports internal events.
15. Other assigned tasks
Yêu cầu công việc :
1. Bachelor’s Degree ; at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Detailed-oriented, diligent, willing to learn, considerate, teamwork spirit.
3. Good knowledge of Human Resource Management, Vietnamese Labor Code, PIT Law.
4. Good at Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
