Mô tả công việc :

• Lead the HR team to achieve HR objectives in recruitment, selection, retention, employee welfare and motivation, compensation and benefits, payroll support, training support, employee relations, security, HR policies and liaison with government authorities on all HR related matters.
• Strategize, implement plan, recruit, select and retain employees according to operational needs and guidelines.
• Mentor and manage HR team to deliver the objectives.
• Participate in internal and external quality and CSR audits and other audits when necessary.
• Ensure compliance to legislations and policies.
• Undertake ad-hoc HR projects, assignments and activities as and when need arises.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• 8 years of working experience in relevant field
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with people of different level
• Well versed in Vietnam labor law, trends and practices
• Willing to travel within Vietnam
• Native of Quang Nam preferred
