Mô tả công việc :

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide the support to partnered functions covering P&R, career development, benefits management and headcount management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Headcount management
 Ensure the Headcount reports accuracy, consistency & timely with the approved Headcount
 Ensure monthly organization chart accuracy consistency & timely with the approved Headcount
Database management
 Build a strong employees database to ensure all needed employees information are recorded fully and logically way for easy to track and available for requirement reports or employees information requested from partnered functions
 Employees profiles recorded fully and timely
 Update employees data/information related to structure changes.
 Frequently check Workday system to ensure active employees are updated and consistency with updated strucrture/organization.
 Update employees movement file (in-out, changes,..)
Onboarding and Offboarding
Onboarding
 Collect new hire employee’s profile and make sure that all required documents are ready.
 Timely announce to related departments to prepare for new employees
 Conduct Induction program for new comers
Offboarding
 Exit interview
 Collect termination documents of leavers
 Sending announcment stop working to related depts.
 Issue termination decision
Contract Management
 Issue and follow up labour contract for employee from the 1st contract
 Inform renew contracts of employees to Line Managers
 Deliver & collects contracts
Employee relation & Engagement
 Support partnered functions and line manager in driving employee activities in their team & function
 Support line manager and partnered functions in consulting employees’ dispute
HR partnership
 Build & enhance the relationship with the partnered functions & become their trustworthly & excellent HR Business Partner
Others
 Assist line manager and the team in other tasks assigned.

 At any level of the organization, each individual is accountable for following all HSE guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the HSE objectives.
 Line Manager is accountable for assuring compliance with the road safety program for driving employees under their supervision and leads by example.”
Corporate compliance responsibilities:
 Every staff of Sanofi is accountable for assuring compliance’s rules & ethic code when working with Health Care Professional to strengthen the company’s image.
 Ensure all the activities of the sales force unit comply with relevant acts, legal demand and ethical standards and in line with marketing plan

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education
• University degree
Experience & knowledge
Experience:
• Mandatory: at least 5 year experiences
• Beneficial: having relevant position for Pharmaceutical field is a plus
Knowledge:
 English: fluent
 Computer: good command at Office software
