Mô tả công việc :
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CEO and internal departments, and help in live translation during the meetings
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; arranging detailed plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for related meetings.
- Screen contracts & other documents, brief to CEO and coordinate with related departments.
- Translate reports, presentations and briefs when necessary.
- Organize meeting schedules, business trip arrangement; take meeting of minutes and meeting recap/report for director.
- Document management including commercial document, contract, correspondence etc
- Assist the daily administration work.
- Accomplish other business assign by CEO
Yêu cầu công việc :
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (written & verbal)
- Have experience for translation and interpretation is Priority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including email etiquette
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to schedule and priorities activities and to negotiate conflicting demands.
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate events
