Mô tả công việc :

• Understand business strategic direction, End to End customer’s journey, business challenges and new technology solutions. Able to define the proper digital technology solutions match with business requirements
• Manage business expectation and keep business aligned to business requirement and regional policy
• Lead and facilitate buy-in of proposed digital solutions
• Actively participate and provide the consultation on digital solutions to the various business meetings where need digital transformation involved
• Act as the representatives on regional business process owner meeting to understand the regional and local business requirements to drive and manage the digital solutions
• Research and evaluate the new digital technology to support the business innovation for competitive advantage and the business improvement on productivity and/or efficiency
• Lead the execution of consulting projects and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
• Develop and sustain business knowledge and technology to support group companies
• Strong self-initiative and persistence, ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas
• Demonstrated ability to influence across organizations, and achieve cross functional departmental change within different organizations
• Provides leadership and supervision to IT operation team including IT infrastructure, Application, Helpdesk team, ensuring that appropriate skilled resources are in place to meet required service levels.
• Lead the IT function, Implementation and control IT policies/standards, Enterprise Architecture
• Manage and coach team members
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System, or related field
• 5 years of experience in IoT, telco, digital technology product & service, IT consultants, digital transformation.
• 3 years of experience in business development, marketing management, stakeholders/customers engagement.
• Knowledge of the latest technology innovations and their applicability to apply with business operations
• Good command of English
