Mô tả công việc :

IT NETWORKING - 2 PERSON (1 HCM + 1 HN) - 3 MONTHS
- Installation new PC as company guideline
- Support and troubleshooting for users as daily jobs
- Report and log for trouble countermeasure (Reasons, symptom and solutions for the trouble)
- Do up to date the latest version of software, service packs
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

General Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
2. University student, major in IT Networking (prefer CCNA, CCNB)
3. Passionate interest in IT Network/IT Helpdesk
4. Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
5. Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive and highly organized.
