Mô tả công việc :

Contact point for all team members
Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department
Review completed tasks to meet the standards
Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance
Oversee day-to-day operation
Write regular reports to the management
Set clear team goals
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Contribute to the planning and implementation of multiple projects
Provide dedicated technical supports in the broad infrastructure domain
Developing documents templates, operational guidelines, procedures, reports

Yêu cầu công việc :

Bachelor degree of Information Technology
Having at least 3 years working experience in IT field
Ability to use English is a must
Strong concepts of high working standard
Excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Ability to handle multiple jobs at the same time
Always take proactive attitudes
Background of an Infrastructure specialist
Ability to hands-on technology
ITIL experience is a plus
Networking knowledge covering LAN/vLAN/WAN technologies
System administration covering Windows Server, VMWare, SQL Server, SAN storage
