Mô tả công việc :

* Main Responsibilities
A. Customer Service & Management
- Work directly with licensee (customer) as an account executive inclusive of full compliance on licensor’s policy, procedures, guidelines and supporting them in fulfil obligations.
- Work closely with design team related to concept development for licensed product/ licensed premium/ marketing materials, guideline, timely, to support licensee on approval process
- Work closely with Manager inclusive on licensing sales, business proposal, licensee’s marketing activities, sell supports.
- Report to Licensing Manager on all key initiatives, reporting requirements, and other core functions as related to client/ licensor.
B. Licensing Sales
- Work closely with current licensee to maximize business performance, explore new business chance, and approach for other brand/ other product/ category.
- Approach new potential customer to build up the brand & market
- Presentation, negotiation with current licensee & potential
- Work closely with the team, manager relating initial proposal
- To do retail visit often to update the market trend, find out new idea & new potential customer
- Research & report external opportunities & ideas
- Update & report with Manager all matters related herein, and undertake special projects
C. Marketing
- To propose marketing idea to promote licensed product, expand co-branding opportunities
- Monitor performance of licensed products, promotion campaign at retail
2. Other Responsibilities
- Work closely with Accounting on update related the contract, payments to ensure all account receivable on due date
- Monitor non –licensed, expired or counterfeit products in retail to send Legal team to take action

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Good in negotiation
- Communication both in Vietnamese & English
- Fluency in all Microsoft office application
- Team spirit
- Bachelor of Business Administration/ Marketing
- Candidate who works in Media, Advertisement, or FMCG industries can be suitable
