Mô tả công việc :

1、 起草、修改、审查越南各项目公司各类经营合同、法律文件；
To draft, revise, review all kinds of business contracts/agreements and legal documents of Vietnam companies;
2、 协助或负责越南各项目公司的注册、登记、变更、注销等相关工作；
To assist in or in charge of work relating to the registration, amendment, dissolution of Vietnam companies;
3、 协助建立和完善越南区域各项目公司法律事务管理的制度和流程；
To assist in setting up and perfection of regulations and procedures regarding legal affairs of Vietnam companies;
4、 负责日常法律事务处理，为其他部门提供法律支持、咨询，进行普法培训；
In charge of daily legal affairs, to provide legal support and consultation to other departments, to carry out legal training;
5、 负责合同档案的日常管理（整理、分类、归档）；
In charge of daily management of contracts and files (systemizing, classifying, archiving);
6、 定期或根据要求向总司进行工作汇报，负责法律事务的信息传达。
To submit work report regularly or as per requirements, in charge of communications of legal matters.
注：本岗位受总司法务部管理。
Note: This position will be supervised and managed by Legal Department of the Headquarter .

Yêu cầu công việc :

1、 越南本科及以上法律类专业；
Possessing a Vietnamese bachelor’s or higher degree in law;
2、 对越南合同法、劳动法、投资法、公司法、外商投资相关法律等法律法规熟悉；
Familiar with Contract Law, Labor Law, Investment Law, Corporate Law, Laws on Foreign investments projects；
3、 有较强的逻辑思维能力、协调沟通能力，熟练掌握法律术语；
Having strong logical thinking ability, good skills of coordination and communication, familiar with legal terms;
4、 需精通越南语(母语程度更佳)，中文或英文熟练（中文熟练者优先）；
Excellent in Vietnamese language(better mother tongue), fluent in Chinese or English(Chinese is preferred).
5、 有国际业务经验者优先，有新能源、电力行业工程承包业务处理经验优先、有律师工作证和律师行工作经验优先。
6、工作地点：越南河内松达大厦
địa chỉ làm việc: tầng 20, tháp A, tòa nhà Sông Đà，Phạm Hùng Hà nội.

Quyền lợi được hưởng :

- lương tháng thứ 13 và thưởng cuối năm
- 12 ngày phép có lương trong năm
- nghỉ mát du lịch mỗi năm một lần
