We are looking for an enthusiastic and independently working production manager with PROVEN EXPERIENCE in manufacturing high quality rigid carton boxes (hand made and machine made). Our boxes are made 100% for the export market and must satisfy high quality standards, the successful candidate must be able to achieve the required quality level at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc :

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire manufacturing operations in the rigid box making department. Strong knowledge of box making and its respective machinery is a must. Only candidates with relevant background will be considered. The following task will be part of the job:
Ensure technical availability and reliability of various machinery, tools and molds at all times (technical support of production)
a. In tight collaboration with production teams, frequently check and review product quality
b. Advise production innovations in order to enhance production output and product quality
c. Resolve technical issues in terms of product quality in collaboration with QC and production team
d. Identify problems in terms of product quality
e. Evaluate route cause and provide best practical solution
f. Collaborate in sampling phase in terms of product development and work closely together with the product development team
The Production Manager shall:
a. Be fully responsible for the technical compliance of products
b. Provide technical input on time (BOM, sample boxes, materials) in collaboration with Project Manager and procurement staff (SCM)
c. Lead the first client P.O. independently and hand over to production team for mass production
d. Set-up, implement, control and continuously improve paper bag production along with all technical issues (identify, resolve, train improved actions)
