Mô tả công việc :

- According to the company strategic plan,make the production plan, budget and completion of the production tasks;
- Responsible for production department‘s structure, staffing, training and management;
- Responsible for arranging the production plan, material controlling, quality assurance, keep the factory running smoothly;
- Review the completion status of Monthly Dept. Quality Target, and ensure the high productivity and inspire the development of team members continuously;
- Work out and continuous optimization of the manufacturing processes, handle the emergency problems timely during the production;
- According to the requirements of company quality system, work out departments procedure file and instruction file;
- Implement 6S and EHS management system, and ensure the workshop safe and tidy.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Over 5 years relevant work experience, 3 years or more large and medium-sized business-related management experience in Europe and America.
- Have management experience in Footwear manufacturing
- Familiar with the production of staffing, production planning, training, assessment, etc.
- Have good English listening, writing, reading ability，Chinese language skills is prefer.
- Good communicated and expressive ability; Strong organized and solve ability when meet an emergency
- Open-minded, chariness and cartel, work with principle; Be able to work under pressure;
