Mô tả công việc :

* JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to support Product Development efforts on specifications, technical, and engineering to support each department operation for new projects. Present the knowledge on the structure, package evaluation when come out new project. Offer ideas to solve engineer problems, manufacturing problems, cost reductions, quality issues and product performance related to new product development projects.
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Base on the request from each project to provide the engineer and technical support.
1. Provide the technical support on product structure, technical drawings of products, material lists, models, cartons and label approval
2. Develop the product packaging;
3. Arrange internal test & 3rd party lab test according to division’s requirement. Interact with laboratory technicians to maintain standards on all products
4. Host pre-production meeting to issue product process standard.
5. Sign off production sample for quality team inspection reference.
6. Make assembly instruction for each new item detailedly and clearly.
7. Support problem/complaining solving of each item.
8. Working with development team closely and provide engineering support for samples when in development stage.
9. Creation and maintaining of information docs and nomenclatures in engineering;
10. Maintain and manage project technical communication with the customer, sales, quality and manufacturing;
11. Maintain the project dashboard with production requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. University Degree required, engineering or design related degree preferred.
2. 3 years working experience on engineer, own the rich engineering experience and knowledge in furniture.
3. Good understanding of international quality standards and safety regulations on the furniture and materials.
4. Good concept and working experience to deal with pending issue and solving.
5. Owns the knowledge & experience on Upholstery, metal and mattress will be top priority.
* SKILLS:
1.Technical Support, Upholstery, mattress, metal furniture, Engineering
2. Fluent in English skill. Chinese communication ability is referable.
3. Be able to work on engineering software (AutoCAD, Solid Work, Inventor etc.) which can well present the engineering capability.
4. Familiar with the industrial material is the essential.
