Mô tả công việc :

* Position Overview
The position reports to QA manager/Country Director-Vietnam.
Applications with strong background of garment production management experience and love to interact with all levels of manufactory are very likely to be fit in this position.
* Position Base
Position base is in Ho Chi Minh City. The position will be expected to travel to co-operated garment manufactory all over Vietnam frequently.
* Position Scopes
- Participate quality management of manufactory in every stage from developing, sampling, pre-production and bulk production to ensure quality is in line with customer’s standard.
- Daily on site report of production process to ensure on time delivery of production.
- Provide ongoing training to the manufactory so as to drive quality performance and productive production system.
- Conduct in line/ final inspection at factories before delivery to the forwarders.
- Evaluate candidate manufactory and continuously source specific factory to the customers.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Minimum 8-10 years quality assurance experience in garment business environment, Proficient in garment technology and production management
- Studies in Quality/Textile/Clothing/Manufactory or related discipline is an advantage.
- US order operation experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skill and good at problem solving.
- Good English in both written and speaking. Chinese is prioritized.
