Mô tả công việc :

Project management:
・Responsible of the daily project operations of the company
・Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules
・Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements
・Established for each project
・Co-ordinate and interact with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors
・Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities
・Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation
・Responsible for supervision and allocation of jobs onsite
・Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions
・Meet and exceed customers’ expectations
・Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken
・Identify and providing training for Supervisors and operations team
・Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and operations personnel
・Ensure proper filing of documentation upon completion of the project.
・Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Quality Assurance / Checks (QA/QC):
・To prepare, review and implement Quality assurance plans, inspection test plans and other operational procedures in accordance to Technical Specifications.
・To ensure the quality standards for all Project and/or Service works.
・To prepare company’s QA/QC Manual control and supervise of all amendments and revisions.
・Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation.
・Monitor all quality related activities on the project with site inspections at production plant and/or project jobsites.
・Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the management.
・Verify quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
・Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
・Attend client quality management meetings
・The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
・Coordinate all QA/QC activities with relevant team members.
・Ensure proper filing of all documentations at all times.
・Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- At least 2 years of practical experience in the execution of projects.
- Must be dynamic, sales-oriented, well-organized and detailed-oriented.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good English in both writing and speaking
- Knowledge of related industries such as industrial equipments or oil & gas.
- Be meticulous with positive work attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle more than multi projects concurrently at the same time.
- Team player and yet independent
