Mô tả công việc :

- Prepare and control of the annual design and construction budget of the Division
- Control the construction cost, ensuring that it does not exceed the approved construction cost plan
- Establish and implement procurement activities to select suppliers to ensure the selection of qualified suppliers and meet the requirements of the company; Organizing the inspection and assessment of the quality of services/ products of the suppliers to propose solutions or solve problems when they occur.
- Develop and implement contract management plans of the company ensure cost is used effectively and not exceed budget.
- Develop regulations, procedures and policies, on the management of project costs, make cost estimates, organizing bidding, contracts, settlement and fines. Ensure compliance with state regulations and be cost effective for the company.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor Degree in Construction, Project Management.
- At least 18 years of management experience in the field of budget management, contract
- Set up budget and control budget for the project
- Construction appraisal
- Estimation of work volume
